Origin

History: Pandora originates in the Greek language and means 'all-gifted'. In Greek mythology, she was the first woman on Earth, created by different gods and getting a gift from each of them to her jar which she was not supposed to open. Out of simple curiosity, Pandora opened the jar and let all the evils of mankind loose. These days, opening Pandora's box means to release something evil that cannot be undone.
